Accreditation

There is one designation:

Accreditation is granted only when:

• All three layers of the system are completed
• All structural thresholds are met
• The organization achieves a qualifying readiness score

No partial certifications exist.

Organizations meet the standard — or they do not.

Validity

Accreditation is valid for 12 months from issuance.

Organizations must re-establish readiness through reassessment to maintain status.

Readiness is not static. It must be measured continuously as systems evolve.

Verification

Every accredited organization receives a unique credential identifier.

Accreditation status is publicly verifiable.

Verification confirms that the organization met Nexafora™ — The Organizational Intelligence Standard at the time of assessment.
